CZ series high-speed steel wire winding machine is a new product developed by our company by adopting the characteristics of several foreign winding machines. At present, the following specifications are on sale: CZ18-4, CZ24-4, CZ32-4, CZ36-4 and CZ36-6. From the technical point of view, this series of high-speed steel wire winding machines adopt steel wire twining type, spindle constant tension pay-off, pre-forming on the machine, and combined with wire splitting device for steel wire winding.

1.Convenient online, saving time. Due to the multi-strand online mode, the online time is about two-thirds less than that of a single steel wire.

2.The pay-off tension is constant. Because the spindle is used to control the pay-off tension, constant tension can be realized. This is very beneficial to winding small-sized pipes and using soft core winding technology, which effectively solves the phenomenon of "pipe strangulation"

3.The steel wire wound on the rubber hose is very flat, and there is no jumper and back strand phenomenon. Due to the adoption of the wire straightener composed of wire splitter and die, and the constant pay-off of the spindle, it is easy to realize the leveling of the steel wire wound on the rubber hose.
