HZ series automatic high-speed bobbin winding machine is an advanced winding equipment in China at present. HZ series automatic steel wire bobbin winding machine is composed of three parts: winding system, unwinding system and electric control system. The steel wire is stranded on the spool used by the steel wire braiding machine.
The winding part of the bobbin winding machine has the following functions: the winding and arranging device fixes the bobbin for the braiding machine between the nose and the tailstock with a pneumatic center, and it is independently driven by a motor to complete the rotary motion of the bobbin; The axial arrangement of steel wires on the spool is realized by another set of axial drive control devices; The disconnection stop device is used to prevent accidental disconnection in the process of joint stock. The cooperative operation of these devices depends on PLC and electrical control system. Their stranding speed, pitch, spool parameters and stranding length can be set on the text display, and the stranding machine will be automatically operated and controlled by the system according to the set parameters and functions.
The function of the unwinding part of the bobbin winding machine is to adjust, measure, timely control and collect the tension of multiple steel wires with multiple unwinding devices, tension measuring and tension control devices that work independently. The core of this part is the tension control device, and each tension control device is composed of an independent "single board computer", which depends on the program in the chip to control the pay-off tension of the steel wire in the corresponding pay-off device in time. So that the tension of all the steel wires participating in the twisting is consistent and stable.
