PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MZ series hydraulic hose impulse test bench is a new generation of products with independent intellectual property rights developed by our company on the basis of similar equipment abroad. The main electrical components and hydraulic components are all imported from world-class manufacturers such as Europe and America, and the comprehensive performance of the products is better than that of similar domestic equipment, which is close to the international advanced level.
1.The main oil pump and reversing valve are imported from Germany (HAWE) brand, and the product performance is equivalent to that of imported products, with higher control accuracy and service life.
2.High-temperature circulating oil pump adopts Italian original imported (POMPE CUCCHI) brand gear pump and shaft end ceramic contact mechanical seal structure. Compared with domestic pumps, it has extraordinary service life under the same high-temperature working conditions.
3.The hydraulic control supercharger with the pressure increase ratio of 1:2.25 has greater advantages than the supercharger or electric cylinder with the pressure increase ratio of 1:4 configured by other domestic models in terms of output pressure increase rate and output flow. The large-flow pressure output, the quick opening and closing of electromagnetic directional valve and the high-output boosting rate ensure the qualified pressure waveform, so that the number of test hoses installed in this machine is more.
4.The pressure sensor is imported from Germany (WIKA) with an accuracy of 0.25%. The upper and lower position sensors of the booster cylinder adopt the high-voltage switch imported from Germany (BALLUFF), and the hose will automatically stop and give an alarm when it bursts during the test.
5.In the high-temperature circulation system, the heating oil tank and pipeline connectors are all wrapped with thermal insulation cotton to reduce the energy consumption loss of the system. The acquisition point of the temperature sensor PT100 is set at the inlet of the test hose. Compared with the equipment set at the outlet of the heating oil tank and the high-temperature circulating pump, it can effectively avoid the problems of untrue test oil temperature caused by system failure and pipeline blockage, make the test temperature control more accurate, and meet the national test standard that the test oil temperature is less than 100 3.
6.The main system adopts an external oil cooler to control the temperature. Compared with similar models at home and abroad, it has the advantages of more accurate temperature control and no scale deposition blocking the radiator, which greatly improves the service life of hydraulic components and reduces the maintenance cost of equipment.
7.The transition joint of the hose to be tested adopts the self-developed transition joint of H-type plus O-ring, which is used to connect the fixed block of the test bench and the hose to be tested. Its sealing and impact resistance is more advantageous than the structure of flat end plus tetrafluoroethylene pad or copper pad combination adopted by other similar models, which can ensure zero leakage of the joint for a continuous test cycle.
8.The front door of the test bench is equipped with an electric door lock, and the experiment begins to lock automatically. Can prevent personal injury caused by opening the door in the rubber hose testing process.
